This course is mandatory for Broker Licensing.
There are certain basic principles of running a business.
This course will help you understand business management, supervising people & establishing a profitable enterprise. The course objective is to provide you with the tools needed to establish & manage a successful real estate business. The course will help you become more effective managers, leaders, & communicators in today’s real estate world. It will cover both the practical & legal issues of office management.
