About Brenda Nguyen
Based in Philadelphia, Nguyen monitors and analyzes CoStar’s extensive real-time, transaction data to deliver insight and compelling analysis of market trends across the multi-family, office, industrial, and retail markets for CoStar clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia, Central Pennsylvania, Northeast Pennsylvania, and South New Jersey regions. Before joining CoStar, Nguyen was the Economic Development Manager at Center City District, Philadelphia’s $30 million downtown business improvement district – the largest in the country. She earned a B.A. with Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also served as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and graduate-level courses at the Wharton School.
