The Commercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange will meet in-person at the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® office in Malvern, PA – and via Zoom.
Featured speaker will be Terri Jackson from Capstan, joining us live at 8:30am.
Terri will present, “Opportunities for Owners and Developers Under the New Tax Law,” a clear, high-impact look at the latest tax strategies reshaping commercial real estate.
This session unpacks how recent changes in depreciation rules and federal energy incentives can create major opportunities for tax deferral and stronger cash flow. Designed for commercial real estate professionals, it offers practical guidance on leveraging today’s most advantageous provisions while they’re still available.
Starting at 9am, attendees will participate in a Marketing Exchange where ‘haves’ and ‘wants’ will be presented to other Commercial Real Estate professionals.
