CRE Boot Camp – Commercial Real Estate Sales

The Commercial Real Estate Boot Camp is designed for PA real estate licensees interested in potentially transitioning to a commercial real estate based practice. The seminars will be led by experienced Commercial Real Estate practitioners eager to introduce you to their world. Attendees will gain the most benefit by attending all four session but each is designed to stand alone as well.

Session 2: Commercial Real Estate Sales – Understand the advantages and disadvantages of a Letter of Intent. Students will also be introduced to the Commercial Agreement of Sale.
