In this presentation, our guest speaker, Alex Shnayder, Esquire will break down how these schemes work, the key red flags to watch for, and practical steps agents can take immediately to protect themselves and their clients.
Alex Shnayder, Esquire is the principal attorney at Shnayder & Associates, LLC in Feasterville, Pennsylvania, where he focuses on real estate, land use, landlord–tenant, and estate administration matters.
