List & Lease Rental Properties in Pennsylvania | Virtual via Zoom
About
According to a 2024 HUD survey, over 60% of renters reported that they were victims of housing discrimination. Fair housing included, Landlord/Tenant laws also create significant regulatory complexity and confusion, leading housing providers and consumers to not fully understand how they should navigate these critical housing concerns. In this class we will identify and review the primary drivers of legal issues in the rental marketplace, and explain how licensees can guide clients and consumers to better understand and exercise their rights and obligations.
