This program will focus on developing and communicating a meaningful market analysis that is the basis of credible and supportable highest and best use conclusions. It will focus on the nuances of credible market analysis and how it sets the stage for the highest and best use conclusions, inputs in all three valuation approaches, and the reconciliation. An appraisal should be based upon sound market information developed and analyzed using peer tested and industry approved methods and techniques. Core concepts discussed in this program are relevant to a wide variety of real property assignments over a wide geographic area.
