Problem Solving & Decision Making in Real Estate: One Size Does Not Fit All | Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County Lansdale

About

The preamble to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics advises that “REALTORS® can take no safer guide than that which has been handed down through the centuries, embodied in the Golden Rule.” In this course, REALTORS® will explore the Golden (and Platinum) Rules and contemplate whether they are enough. From there, we will discover and apply the process of problem solving and decision making. How do the perspectives and values of the decision maker affect the process and the outcomes? What role do REALTORS® have in the decision-making process of their clients.

REQUIREMENT:

Fulfills the Association 2022-2024 Membership Renewal Training Requirement and National Association of REALTORS® 2022-2024 Code of Ethics Training Requirement.
