This course gives Delaware agents a practical breakdown of agency duties, disclosure requirements, and fair housing obligations as they apply to everyday transactions. You’ll learn how to avoid misrepresentation, handle property condition issues, and reduce liability using clear communication, proper documentation, and real-world examples.
This course is EXCLUSIVELY for DE Credit.
