This course reviews the NAR Code of Ethics as it applies to representing buyers and sellers, with a focus on avoiding complaints, conflicts, and costly misunderstandings. You’ll learn how ethics complaints are handled, from ombudsman and mediation to arbitration, plus how procuring cause disputes arise and how to prevent them using real-world case studies.
