Successful professionals are ones who understand and share what they know while seeking to identify and learn what they don’t know. In this broker level course, students will examine the real estate transaction from the point of view of a successful real estate professional. Real Estate Law is intended to provide a road map, or early warning system, of potential legal issues that a practicing real estate professional faces every day. Real Estate Law satisfies 2 of the core credits necessary for real estate broker license education in Pennsylvania.
