About the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification
The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is designed to elevate and enhance negotiating skills so that today’s real estate professionals can negotiate to win.
The path to earning a RENE Designation includes successful completion of this course, submission of the completed application, payment of the one-time credentialing fee ($159.00), and hold membership in The National Association of REALTORS®. (Certification is via The Real Estate Business Institute – REBI).
The RENE certification is the first and only negotiating credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.

About the Course
In this 2-day course, you will learn how to: craft a strategy for negotiation and learn when and how to negotiate; adjust your communication style to achieve optimum results with any party in a transaction; negotiate effectively face to face, on the phone or through email and other media.
What you’ll gain:

(2) Learn about behind-the-scenes issues and how to deal with them
(3) Learn how to handle a wide range of personalities and situations
