REALTOR® Safety: Awareness, Prevention & Self-Defense

This is an IN-PERSON only seminar.

Your safety matters—especially when your work takes you into unfamiliar properties, vacant homes, open houses, and one-on-one meetings with clients.

Join us for a REALTOR® safety seminar designed to help you recognize potential risks, develop stronger safety habits, and respond confidently when situations become uncomfortable or unpredictable.

This interactive session will be led by Shannon Diiorio, a REALTOR® member, past Board member, and First-Degree Black Belt (Shodan), and Michael McClain, a REALTOR® member and retired Philadelphia Police Officer. Together, they will share professional experience, personal safety strategies, situational awareness techniques, and hands-on self-defense instruction designed specifically for real estate professionals.

Please note: Participation in the self-defense portion of this seminar is voluntary, and requires attendees to review and sign a waiver prior to participating in any hands-on instruction.

This course does NOT provide any continuing education credits.
This seminar will NOT be recorded.
