This is a 2-day course providing a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace. The Sellers Representative Specialist designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy.  SRS designees represent a global community of real estate professionals who use their advanced training and expertise to meet and exceed client expectations.

Students will learn to:

(1) Increase listings and grow their business

(2) Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients

(3) Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice

(4) Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers

(5) Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need
