This 3.5-hour continuing education course provides a practical foundation in municipal zoning laws, equipping agents with the knowledge to guide clients through zoning requirements, permit processes, and potential regulatory challenges. Participants will learn how to interpret zoning ordinances, assess dimensional regulations, and identify factors that may impact a property’s use. The course also covers zoning appeals, variance requests, and strategies for effectively advising clients on compliance and development opportunities.
