Please expand on your previous leadership experience.
My first and most important leadership roles are as a husband and father. Those responsibilities have shaped my values, my character, and my leadership philosophy. I believe leadership is about serving others, developing people, and leaving every organization stronger than you found it.
Professionally, I currently serve as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Tri-County Suburban REALTORSョ (TCSR) Board of Directors, after previously serving in a variety of leadership roles, including Director and committee leadership. At the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORSョ (PAR), I serve as a Director and had the privilege of chairing the 2025 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, where I led initiatives focused on strengthening collaboration, professional development, and inclusion across our industry.
I am also the Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Restore, a brokerage serving Southeastern Pennsylvania with five office locations and more than 200 real estate professionals. Over the past seven years, I have helped lead the company’s strategic growth while fostering a culture centered on professionalism, servant leadership, integrity, and personal development.
In addition, I am the Founder and CEO of Kingdom Coaching, a leadership development company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations grow through intentional personal growth, leadership development, and business coaching. Through coaching, speaking, and training, I have had the opportunity to equip leaders to maximize their potential and create lasting impact within their organizations and communities.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous growth. I believe strong leadership is measured not only by results, but by the ability to develop others, build trust, and create organizations that positively impact the people they serve.
What role do you hope to play on the Board?
I hope to continue serving as a strategic partner alongside my fellow directors, helping to govern and advance the Association’s mission, vision, values, and long-term strategic plan. I believe the Board’s role is to provide thoughtful leadership, sound governance, and responsible stewardship while ensuring our Association continues to deliver exceptional value to its members.
I also hope to be a collaborative voice at the table, representing the real estate profession with the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, integrity, and leadership. My passion is developing people and strengthening organizations, and I look forward to contributing my experience as a broker-owner, business leader, and past board chair to help Tri-County Suburban REALTORSョ continue to grow, innovate, and positively impact both our members and the communities we serve.
What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?
Tri-County Suburban REALTORSョ has provided tremendous value throughout my career. One of the greatest benefits has been the education offered through the Real Estate School. Earning professional designations and participating in continuing education has strengthened my knowledge of the industry and enabled me to better serve my clients and lead my organization.
Equally valuable have been the relationships I’ve built with fellow REALTORSョ, volunteer leaders, and our outstanding professional staff. Serving alongside dedicated industry professionals has challenged me to grow as a leader while providing opportunities to learn from some of the best minds in our profession.
Our Association is truly a first-class organization that operates with excellence. Many of the leadership practices, governance principles, and operational ideas I’ve experienced through TCSR have been implemented directly into my own brokerage and leadership approach. The investment I’ve made in our Association has returned tremendous value溶ot only to my business, but to my personal and professional growth as a leader.
What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?
I believe our industry is going through one of the biggest periods of change we’ve ever seen, and with change comes opportunity. The first challenge is housing affordability and inventory. Helping more people achieve the dream of homeownership while protecting private property rights will continue to be one of the most important roles of our Association. That’s why strong advocacy through RPAC and our relationships with elected officials is more important than ever.
The second trend is technology and artificial intelligence. AI is going to change the way we market properties, communicate with clients, and run our businesses. I don’t believe technology will replace great REALTORSョ, but I do believe REALTORSョ who embrace technology will outperform those who don’t. Our Association has a tremendous opportunity to lead by providing education and resources that help our members stay ahead of these changes.
Another trend I see is that our members want more than just benefits they want value. They want education they can apply immediately, leadership development, meaningful networking, and resources that help them grow their businesses. I believe our Association has done an outstanding job in this area, and we must continue looking for new ways to serve our members at an even higher level.
Finally, I believe professionalism will become even more important. As our industry continues to evolve through legal, regulatory, and marketplace changes, consumers will be looking for trusted advisors they can count on. Our Association plays a critical role in helping REALTORSョ raise the bar through education, advocacy, and leadership.
I’ve always believed that growth creates opportunity. If we continue to grow as leaders, embrace innovation, and stay focused on serving our members with excellence, I believe the future of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS is incredibly bright.
What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?
I believe our Association is in a strong position today, and our priority should be continuing to deliver exceptional value to our members while preparing them for the future.
First, we must remain a strong advocate for private property rights and homeownership. As our industry continues to evolve, our members need an Association that is proactive, engaged, and committed to protecting the real estate profession.
Second, we should continue investing in practical education that helps REALTORSョ grow their businesses, embrace new technology, develop as leaders, and better serve their clients.
Third, I believe we must continue raising the bar on professionalism. By promoting high ethical standards, outstanding customer service, and a culture of continuous growth, we strengthen both our members and our industry.
Finally, we should continue creating opportunities for member engagement. Some of the greatest growth in my career has come through serving, building relationships, and learning from other leaders. The more we engage our members, the stronger our Association becomes.
If we stay focused on these priorities, I believe Tri-County Suburban REALTORSョ will continue to lead our profession and provide tremendous value to its members.
Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?
I’m interested in serving as a Director because I believe leadership is one of my God-given gifts, and servant leadership is who I strive to be. Serving has never been about holding a position, it’s about making a difference.
This industry has been incredibly good to me and my family over the past 25 years. Through Tri-County Suburban REALTORSョ, I’ve grown as a professional, as a business owner, and as a leader. I believe one of the best ways to show gratitude for those opportunities is to give back by serving others.
I believe I bring valuable experience, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for helping people and organizations grow. I would be honored to continue serving alongside an exceptional Board of Directors as we work together to navigate the future of our Association, strengthen our profession, and create even greater value for our members.
