Please expand on your previous leadership experience

I’ve led our real estate team for 10+ years, was a founding board member of Family Promise of Southern Chester County (non-profit addressing homelessness), current board member for The Garage Community and Youth Center (working to empower kids) as well as various leadership positions at Church.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?

My main priority is to help represent an area geographically that often times lacks representation on a board level (Southern Chester County). I’d like to think that almost 22 years of experience will allow me to offer my expertise as needed in all discussions.

What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

Several…..Municipal Database, DocuSign/Lonewolf/zipForms, Market Stats, SRA news briefs, continuing education through MCE Pass

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

Is bigger always better? Are we well rounded/multi-skilled as REALTORS®. is how we stay necessary/relevant.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

I’d like to see all areas of the association coverage area represented. I’d love for the board and the association to converse more regularly with members opinions on certain topics to get a better pulse for the membership.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

Like most of the leadership positions in my life, they tend to seek me out vs me seeking them out.  After originally being approached by my friend and colleague Susan Manners….and after much consideration….I feel that I can add value to the board and represent the members in my area well.
