Please expand on your previous leadership experience

Leadership by example has been my life. Having grown up in the competitive sports world playing baseball in college and beyond, often as the team captain, leadership has been natural for me. I coached collegiate baseball and was an athletic administrator at two schools in the Big East Conference. Beyond my collegiate careers, I have taken a natural leadership role and now ownership in our real estate team that closed over 370 sales in 2021. Beyond the real estate team, I’ve served on multiple Agent Leadership Committees at Keller Williams and have an ownership stake in our office as well. I’m currently a board member of the 849 Homeownership Association where I live and have aspirations to serve in township affairs in the future.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?

Ideally shaping the future growth in the vision of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®.

What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

Forewarn is my personal favorite. It’s so helpful! Being at local events sponsored by our association and SRA have been great for networking.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

The data wars will continue to be a hot topic as will changes in commission advertising.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

Adding as much value to our members as possible. Whether through leveraging economies of scale for tools like FOREWARN and Inman memberships or the continued educational offerings. Educational offerings that are timely are also important.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

I think I can assist in helping shape the future of this association for the best interests of our membership.
