Professional & Industry Leadership
With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, I have built my career around leadership, professional development, industry service, and the growth of real estate professionals.
I began my career as a REALTOR® in 1996, building and operating my own real estate business for nearly two decades. In 2014, I joined Coldwell Banker Preferred as Vice President of Sales for the Conshohocken office, where I oversaw daily operations and provided sales leadership and management for approximately 70–80 agents.
In 2018, my business partner and I founded Realty ONE Group Restore. Today, we operate five offices across Montgomery and Chester Counties. As Broker of Record, I provide leadership and oversight for more than 215 real estate professionals, with responsibility for company growth, operations, transaction management, compliance, and financial management.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to serving and strengthening the real estate profession through leadership, education, professional standards, and REALTOR® advocacy.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?
As a second-term candidate for the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Board of Directors, I look forward to the opportunity to continue serving our association and its members.
My goal is to bring my experience in real estate, management, and leadership to the Board while working collaboratively to address the evolving needs of our members and the communities we serve.
I believe strongly in open communication, collaboration, and creating an environment where ideas and perspectives are valued. By working together, we can continue to strengthen the resources, support, and value Tri-County provides to its membership.
I am committed to working alongside my fellow Board members to help ensure Tri-County remains a strong voice for our profession and a valuable resource for every member we serve.
What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?
The benefits and resources provided by Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® have been extremely valuable throughout my career. The association’s educational programs have helped me stay informed and prepared to navigate the continued changes and challenges within our industry, while tools such as FOREWARN have enhanced my ability to conduct business more safely and effectively.
Serving on professional committees has also given me the opportunity to collaborate with fellow REALTORS®, share ideas and best practices, and remain connected to the issues impacting our profession.
Most importantly, my involvement with Tri-County has provided me the opportunity to give back to our membership while continuing to grow both personally and professionally. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for the association and my commitment to its mission and members.
What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?
In the coming years, I believe our industry will continue to experience significant change, and our association must be prepared to help members navigate it successfully.
Technology will remain a major driver of that change. Artificial intelligence, virtual tools, and other emerging technologies are quickly becoming part of our everyday business. Providing members with relevant education, training, and resources will be essential to helping them adapt, remain competitive, and use these tools effectively.
Housing inventory and affordability will also remain significant challenges. Creating additional housing opportunities will require innovative solutions, including new construction, redevelopment, and the conversion of commercial properties for residential use. Legislation, zoning, and local regulations will play an important role in making these opportunities possible.
Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® can continue to be a valuable resource by educating our members, advocating for policies that support housing opportunities, and providing the tools and information REALTORS® need to serve their clients and communities effectively.
What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?
I believe Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® should continue to focus on several key areas to effectively serve our members and strengthen our profession.
1. Professional Development and Education:
Ongoing education is essential to maintaining a high level of professionalism and service within our industry. TCSR should continue providing relevant, high-quality training while expanding opportunities focused on leadership, personal development, and business growth. Building upon the principles and success of the Leadership Development Program can provide even greater value to our membership.
2. Housing Affordability and Inventory:
The continued shortage of attainable housing remains one of the greatest challenges facing our industry and the communities we serve. TCSR should continue advocating for policies and initiatives that encourage responsible development, increase housing inventory, and create greater opportunities for homeownership.
3. Technology and Innovation:
Technology is changing our profession at an incredible pace. TCSR should continue helping members understand and effectively utilize emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and other tools that can improve productivity, market knowledge, and the client experience. We have only begun to scratch the surface of what these technologies will mean for our industry.
4. Diversity and Inclusion:
Maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming real estate community remains important to the strength of our profession. TCSR has done an excellent job in this area and should continue its efforts to ensure our industry represents the communities we serve and that every client is treated with professionalism, fairness, and respect.
Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?
I have been a REALTOR® for 30 years, and throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving not only my clients and communities, but also our profession at both the local and state levels.
I have said this before, and it remains at the heart of why I serve: I want to give back to an industry that has given so much to me. More importantly, I want to make an impact and leave our profession better than I found it.
I consider myself a lifelong student of real estate and leadership, and I place tremendous value on professionalism, integrity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. I believe my experience, knowledge, relationships, reputation, and continued desire to learn and grow allow me to bring meaningful value to TCSR and our membership.
At the same time, I recognize that leadership is also about listening, collaborating, and learning from others. The opportunity to serve alongside so many talented and respected leaders, learn from their perspectives, and work together to strengthen our association and profession is something I truly value and look forward to.
