What role do you hope to play on the Board?

I would like to play an active leadership role by helping strengthen our realtor community, supporting professional development and bringing new ideas that help agents grow their businesses.  I also want to give back to an industry that has given me so much and help ensure our association continues to be a valuable resource for all agents.  

What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

The association benefits that have provided me the most value have been the education, networking opportunities and advocacy.  

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

I believe there will be many trends that will affect our association moving forward.  Commission practices and consumer expectations will require realtors to clearly show their value and professionalism.  Technology and AI will have a huge impact as well.  Also, I think recruiting and retaining realtors will be important.  Lastly, affordability challenges and inventory shortages will continue to affect all of us.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

I think priorities should be education, professionalism and member engagement. Education on market trends, technology, AI, legal updates, and changing business practices so that realtors can continue providing value to their clients.  Also, continue to provide networking opportunities, Leadership development and resources that help agents with their businesses.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

I am interested in being considered because I want the opportunity to give back to the profession that has given me so much. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping realtors grow their businesses and to succeed at whatever level they are working towards.  I can bring a collaborative mindset, leadership experience, and a commitment to serving our members.
