Meet the Instructors
Brenda Florida
Brenda Florida is a REALTOR® and certified life coach. She has a passion for teaching and coaching on team building and emotional intelligence. Brenda has over 30 years experience as a leader in the real estate industry. She has been a broker/owner, regional president and office manager. She also worked at the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® for five years as the Director of Member Services. While there, in addition to organizing the Business Meetings and Triple Play Convention, she created and taught programs for association leaders. Brenda facilitates people in becoming more effective leaders, personally and professionally, with aspirational and practical teachings and tools. She lives in Huntington Beach, California, and has four married children and three grandchildren.
Michael Howell
With a passion for personal growth and coaching, Michael joined The Maxwell Leadership Team in 2017 and is a certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. Michael is a Broker/Owner with 20+ years of progressive career development in the real estate industry. He currently serves as Tri-County’s 2025 Chairman of the Board.
Michael established Kingdom Coaching LLC in 2020 and has developed multiple Business Building Curriculums to help every agent achieve their goals and dreams. With a focus on Diversity and Inclusion, Michael is licensed to teach signature classes including Empowered Living’s “Everyone at the Table”, which helps people become more effective leaders personally and professionally. Michael lives in Phoenixville, PA with his wife of 32 years.
Mandi Stanley
With more than 27 years of experience on the seminar circuit, Certified Speaking Professional Mandi Stanley works primarily with industry leaders who want to boost their professional image by becoming better speakers and writers. She has traveled throughout North America entertaining and educating more than 75,000 seminar participants. Her clients include NASA, Campbell’s Soup, the U.S. Air Force, Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, Leadership MAR, the NAR National Treasurer’s Campaign, Godiva Chocolate, and the NFL. In 2003, Mandi was designated a CSP, Certified Speaking Professional. Fewer than 9 percent of all worldwide speakers have earned this designation, and Mandi is the first Mississippian in history to receive this honor through the National Speakers Association. She is the award-winning business author of The No-Panic Plan for Presenters.
Matt Mittman
A natural coach and mentor, Matt Mittman is an instructor at multiple real estate schools. His passion is helping early career as well as experienced agents reach their full potential and hit ever-greater professional goals. At the conclusion of a recent course, Matt’s students ranked him 5-out-of 5 stars for engagement, professional knowledge, and communication skills. In 2010, Matt co-founded his own brokerage where he focuses on success through discovering and embracing the individual strengths of every team member.
